Moosa Oils delivers orders across Pakistan through third-party courier services.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed after order and payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays or operational issues may require additional time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 1,999.
- Shipping charges for orders below this amount will be displayed at checkout.
- Promotional shipping offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Advance Payment Discount
Eligible customers may receive 10% off when paying in advance, subject to the payment options and promotion displayed at checkout.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Complete recipient name
- Correct mobile number
- Full delivery address
- City and postal code
- Any necessary landmark or delivery instructions
Moosa Oils is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Missed or Refused Deliveries
Courier partners may contact the customer before delivery. If an order is refused, repeatedly missed or returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply before redelivery.
Damaged Packages
Do not accept a visibly opened or severely damaged parcel without noting the issue with the courier. Contact Moosa Oils within 48 hours with photographs or video if the contents are damaged, leaking or incorrect.
