We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, packaging, colours, ingredients and images accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, packaging updates or the natural characteristics of botanical oils.

Natural oils may vary slightly in colour, texture or aroma without affecting their intended use.

Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice.

Customers may receive 10% off on eligible advance-payment orders where the promotion is displayed. Discount conditions may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Orders

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order due to:

• Pricing or product-information errors
• Suspected fraud
• Unavailable stock
• Incorrect customer information
• Delivery-service limitations

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

The Moosa Oils name, logo, product labels, graphics, photographs, written content and website materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moosa Oils will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, website interruptions or third-party services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
